Life is not easy being a mom. I consider it to be THE HARDEST job in the whole universe. We have our good days, our bad days, the days when we feel like we have failed, the days that are easy... we have all sorts of days, come across all sorts of crazy situations... and believe it or not we do come out alive! Hoorrray for mommas!
I started this blog to just blog about what goes on in my life. My name is Alex, I teach 11th grade Language Arts, I am a wife, and currently pursuing my masters in English Language Arts along with ASD certificate (which I am super excited about!).I have been blessed with 2 princesses and a handsome little man. Isabella is my oldest and she is 5 years old. She is my mini-me. She is very neat, polite, loves pizza and is VPK. Julianna is 3 years old. She is my little diva. She loves to dress up, paint her nails, sing, dance, and she loves anything "princess-y". She keeps me on my toes! (we all have that one child!). Lucas is TWO! He is such a sweet boy. He doesn't cry unless he is hungry really. He loves cars and loves the word no.
My husband is Joel. He is 29 and the strongest man I know (lol, literally he carries the girls at the same time when they whine, IDK how he does it!). He can cook some delicious Dominican dishes and on his days off he is the one mostly in-charge of the kitchen (he gets it from his mom, she has owned restaurants her whole life and people love her cooking). He is my middle school sweetheart, and the love of my life. Of course we fuss and fight! Not even the best love stories are perfect, but I love him unconditionally, even if he doesn't pick up much haha!
Overall, I am truly blessed!
